Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share where I'm at after a massive weight loss journey. Started at about 330lbs, got down to 180ish over a year and a half. Used a combo of GLP-1s for the first 8 months, then transitioned to just diet and training.

The peptide that really helped me preserve muscle while cutting was BPC-157. I was dealing with all sorts of joint issues from carrying that weight for so long, and it made a noticeable difference in my recovery.

But now I'm dealing with significant loose skin around my midsection and chest. It's honestly affecting my confidence more than being overweight did. Has anyone here dealt with this? I've read that GHK-Cu might help with skin elasticity but I'm skeptical. Also looking into TB-500 for some lingering tendon issues.

Current stats: 6'1", 182lbs, probably around 14% BF. Training 5x per week, eating clean.

Any advice on the loose skin situation would be hugely appreciated.

Congrats on the weight loss, that's incredible dedication.

I went through something similar - dropped about 100lbs and had the same loose skin issue. GHK-Cu did help somewhat with skin texture but it's not going to eliminate significant loose skin on its own. If it's really bothering you, the honest answer might be consulting with a surgeon about skin removal.

That said, I found that giving it time (like 12-18 months at maintenance) plus building muscle underneath made a bigger difference than I expected. The skin does retract somewhat, just very slowly.

TB-500 is solid for tendon issues btw. I run it whenever my elbows flare up.
