Been at this for a long time now. Started training seriously at 172 lbs soaking wet. 15 years later I'm sitting at 238 lbs at around 10% body fat.
I've used peptides on and off throughout the journey - mostly BPC-157 for injury recovery and recently started exploring GLP-1 agonists for appetite regulation during cuts.
The biggest game changers for me weren't actually the fancy compounds though. It was:
1. Consistent training (never took more than a week off in 15 years)
2. Actually tracking my food
3. Sleep optimization - 8 hours minimum
Peptides are tools, not magic. They work best when everything else is dialed in.
Currently running Retatrutide for a cut and the appetite suppression is no joke. Down 12 lbs in 6 weeks with minimal strength loss.
If anyone has questions about long-term training or peptide integration, fire away.
